Directions
Add 1 level scoop( 32g) of WHEY ISOLATE with 150ml to 200ml of cold milk or cold water into a shaker or blender and mix completely until dispersed, the amount of cold milk or cold water can be varied according to taste and consistency.
Drink 1-2 servings daily as per the protein requirements. Using low fat milk instead of water will give you creamier, thicker and good flavoured shake .
