Directions
Add 1 rounded scoop( 100g) of HARDCORE with 500 ml of cold milk or cold water into a shaker or blender and mix completely until dispersed, the amount of cold milk or cold water can be varied according to taste and consistency.
Drink 1-3 servings daily as per the protein requirements. Using low fat milk instead of water will give you creamier, thicker and good flavoured shake .
PRE WORKOUT : consume 1 scoop before 30 minutes of workout, The fast acting carbohydrate content in this shake helps in driving the insulin cycle.
POST WORKOUT: consume 1 scoop within 30 minutes after workout, the protein helps pushing the amino acids to the muscles and thereby helping with muscle building and recovery.
