  • As protein is to fuel the muscle, it is the basic building block of cell which helps to repair or build tissue and muscle. The amino acids plays are large role in speed recovery post workout and also work to support healthy immune system. The added Taurine is another amino acid that gets stored in muscle cells and pulls more water into them to blow up the muscles even bigger, especially when coupled with glutamine.
  • It can be taken throughout the day as well as immediately after workouts to support muscle recovery from intense exercise. But There’s no best time to take mass gainer as such, but citing the majority, for ingesting of mass gainer before and after workout, As this formula is  one which is rich in carbohydrate content but not so or very little in terms of the fat content which benefits the most.

Directions

Add 1 rounded scoop( 100g) of bulk with 500 ml of cold milk or cold water  into a shaker or blender and mix completely until dispersed, the amount of cold milk or cold water can be varied according to taste and consistency.

Drink 1-3 servings daily as per the protein requirements. Using low fat milk instead of water will give you creamier, thicker and good flavoured shake .

PRE WORKOUT : consume 1  scoop before 30 minutes of workout, The fast acting carbohydrate content in this shake helps in driving the insulin cycle.

POST WORKOUT: consume 1 scoop within 30 minutes after workout, the protein helps pushing the amino acids to the muscles and thereby helping with muscle building and recovery.

BED TIME : consume 1 scoop just before bed time for optimum result with maximum nutrition absorption by the muscle.
